Dear Sailors, Volunteers, Sponsors and Officials,

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the official website of the A-Cat European Championship 2012.
 
The Swiss A-cat Association (SACA) in collaboration with the Italian Sailing Club Circolo Vela Arco (CVA) feels fortunate and honored to have the opportunity to organize one of the most spectacular sailing highlights of 2012 on Lake Garda which is one of the most famous and beautiful sailing areas in Europe.
 
Imagine 100 hi-tech A-catamarans, 19 nations, competition at the highest level, with not only the participation of European and World Champions, but also Olympic and America's Cup Sailors and stars from the AC45 and Extreme-40 series - all on the same starting line at a sunny idyllic place with perfect wave and wind conditions!
 
We invite you to participate and to contribute to making this major event one of the most memorable and spectacular meetings - at the same time promote sailing in general and A-cat sailing in particular. 
 
In the name of SACA and CVA we promise that we will do everything in our power to make sure that this will be a great success on all levels.
